Japan Association for Refugees (JAR) is a non-profit organisation that supports refugees in Japan. Its ‘Yubisashi Medical Card’ for facilitating communication between patients and medical staff in hospitals was rebranded. Each language and page were colour coded according to theme, incorporating icons and illustrations to make them user-friendly. Versions in Chinese, Arabic, Nepalese and English were made.
