Design for a party tableware, combining the “food culture” of Italy, which inspired the designer whilst living in Milan, and the “jubako (tiered food boxes), Japan’s functional tableware. Dishes in seven different shapes can be combined to create a castle, castle walls and gate. In 2008, the prototype created in collaboration with an Italian craftsman was shown at the Milano Salone Satellite, which was covered by the media.
